About Casperia & the venue
This picturesque Italian village of Casperia is situated in the heart of the Sabina mountains just north of Rome. Having just 350 inhabitants, it is the perfect place for mindfulness for stress retreat. With magnificent views and a relaxed atmosphere, Casperia is a place of natural beauty surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forest-covered mountains where you can watch the changing scenery from every angle. The Mindfulness retreat will be hosted in Forani Palazzo building, which is a listed building in Italy and is rich in history and full of antiques dating back centuries. The palazzo also has its own courtyard, gardens and grounds next to the property and is situated inside the medieval walls of Casperia village. There is also a local private swimming pool located in the Casperia countryside a walk or cycle from Casperia hilltop village.
About the retreat
This 6 days retreat will teach you the 8 weeks Mindfulness for Stress Course, in a week, where you will have the opportunity to practice in a relaxed and supportive setting and get plenty of support from me and feel connected with the rest of the group. Maximum participants of 6 people will allow a much more personal approach so you can fully immerse yourself in the practices. This is a unique opportunity to learn mindfulness, connect with like-minded people, and experience all that Italy has to offer while getting a well-deserved rest.

8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast
9:00 - 10:00 Yoga Practice
10:00 - 12:30 Morning Mindfulness session (with a 15 min break)
12:30 - 13:30 Lunch
