Calmer parenting 4 weeks COACHING PROGRAMME

During this 4 weeks self-study course, you will learn how to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm in a better way. Using mindfulness, positive psychology and emotional therapy techniques, you will learn key tools to deal with the challenges life might throw at you, as well as ways to support your family’s wellbeing.

  • Finding it difficult to manage children’s behaviour, tantrums and meltdowns

  • Feeling like a failure in your parenting job

If you have answered yes to some or all of these questions, you are not alone. I used to feel this way most of the time, feeling lost, and isolated. It seemed like everyone else is doing a better job at parenting and I felt as if I have been cheated as parenting for me is not what I have ever expected. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

This 4 weeks self study course is easy to follow and will give you the tools you need to have a better self-awareness, as well as to develop self-compassion towards yourself and ways of how to pause and deal with stressful situation. The videos and practices are pre-recorded and you can do it in your own time, in the comfort of your home. The course is designed to help you:

  • Become more self-aware of your triggers, limiting beliefs, and negative patterns

  • Find tools to manage stress and overwhelm in a better way

  • Turn towards self-care, kindness and compassion

  • Learn how to respond rather than react

  • Learn how to allow more space for you and your family to just be

  • Learn how to prioritise yourself and your needs

  • Befriend your feelings and help your children do the same

During the course you will explore the following topics:

1. Self-awareness

Learn how to respond rather than react; spend less time on autopilot; your thoughts are not facts.

2. Finding stillness

Doing and being mode; acceptance; being with a difficult experience.

3. Letting in the good

Negativity bias and learning how to let in the good; gratitude practice.

4. Become your best friend

Tone down the inner critic; learn self-compassion and self-kindness and how to accept your flaws and be more present with your child.
