Whether you or your child feel stuck, anxious, or not able to cope as best as you would like, you are not alone, and I am here to help. Let’s get it all out of the closet, and work towards understanding, acceptance, self-compassion and greater calm.

When working with children I use child-led therapeutic and creative play, which enables them to express their emotions in a safe way and to develop the skills they need to grow, learn and regulate emotions. For older children as well as play I also use mindfulness based CBT techniques which empowers them to understand how their brain works and change unhealthy thought patterns.

During this 4 weeks self-study course, you will learn how to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm in a better way. Using mindfulness, positive psychology and emotional therapy techniques, you will learn key tools to deal with life's challenges.


About Me

I am Stani, a Child & Young People Therapist, Parenting Coach and Mindfulness Teacher, and a mum of two young boys. I have a neurodivergent family, so I know how challenging parenting can be. This has inspired me greatly to help other parents navigate through parenting challenges in a better way. I am a SEND champion, practising in a neuroaffirmative way and am an advocate for a greater awareness and understanding of neurodivergent children and adults.
