MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

  • 4 Weeks 1-2-1 Mindfulness/Mindful Parenting Course - £295

If you don’t want to take part in a group class, individual sessions are a great way to learn mindfulness, and can benefit from all mindfulness can offer, tailored to your needs, and schedule. You will also benefit from a personal approach and support. If you have previously tried mindfulness but there is a particular aspect of your practice that you are struggling with, then I can work with you to address this and make the most of our sessions.

Classes can take place either online or at my house in Egham. Each session lasts 75 min.

  • 4 Weeks Group Mindfulness Course (3+ participants) - £150 per participant

This course will teach you mindfulness skills and practices you need to manage everyday stress and anxiety in a better way. It will be tailored to the group’s needs. Classes can take place either online or at my house in Egham. Each session lasts 90 mins.
