MINDFULNESS in the workplace

I work with different organisations and schools to bring mindfulness programmes into the workplace teaching practical ways to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm in a better way. I deliver mindfulness based CBT trainings which are tailored entirely to your organisation’s needs. The workshops and courses I offer vary from 1 hour to 1 day, or an 8 weeks mindfulness course.
