One-to-one Mindfulness Sessions

If you don’t want to take part in a group class, individual sessions are a great way to learn mindfulness, and can benefit from all mindfulness can offer, tailored to your needs, and schedule. The sessions could be either as a weekly eight-week course, or as something more flexible, to suit you best.

You will also benefit from personal approach and support. If you have previously tried mindfulness but there is a particular aspect of your practice that you are struggling with, then I can work with you to address this and make the most of our sessions.

Classes can take place either online via Skype or in my house in Egham.

Cost: One session lasts 75 min and costs £40.
